Subject of the OrderThe subject of this purchasing procedure is to select an experienced Contractor to carry out the task entitled: "Inspection of Pfister scales" as part of the winter maintenance shutdown (WTA 2027).2. Conditions Realization Location / Plant: Holcim Polska S.A., Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, ul. Zakładowa 3, 88-190 Barcin Work completion date: January - February 2027 (WTA 2027 winter shutdown period) Detailed scope of work: In accordance with the attached documentation technical, the task includes periodic maintenance, measurement and calibration of Pfister weighing and dosing systems and related silo systems. The works include in particular: Review of Pfister weighing and dosing feeders (models: 312SL16, 313SL32, 316SL18, 407WF67, 407WF57): Effective protection of the measuring system before any associated mechanical work. Checking the oil condition in the shock absorber (maintaining the correct level 8-10 mm above the shock absorber disc). Checking efficiency and operation of pneumatic valves and full control of feedback signals from position sensors. Verification of the correct operation of the tank aeration system. Checking the operation of level sensors and motion (rotation) sensors. Comprehensive review electrical and control connections in the control cabinet and its thorough cleaning (inside and outside). Detailed measurements of strain gauges (with the decision on possible replacement made by the Ordering Party's inspector...
