Subject of the OrderThe subject of this purchasing procedure is to select a Contractor to carry out the task entitled: "Inspection of packaging line 4" as part of the renovation shutdown (WTA 2027).2. Implementation ConditionsLocation / Plant: Kujawy Cement Plant w Bielawy, ul. Zakładowa 3, 88-190 Barcin Work completion date: January - February 2027 (WTA 2027 winter shutdown period) Detailed scope of work: In accordance with the attached technical documentation and lists, the task includes a comprehensive inspection, maintenance and mechanical and electrical repairs of machines included in Packaging Line No. 4 (Foliomat, Palletizer, Radimat and Packer). The works include in particular: Inspection of the control and power supply equipment of the cabinets (in accordance with the attachment "Foliomat, palletizing machine, packing machine no. 4”): comprehensive cleaning and blowing out of power supply and control cabinets (3 and 4 bays) as well as Siemens S7 PLC controller modules and OP27 panels; tightening of power and control connections on terminal strips; inspection of main switches and renovation; checking the condition of overcurrent protection and motor switches (replacement of contacts/damaged devices); replacement of the indicated Siemens 3RT contactors (24VDC and 230VAC); visual inspection of varistors and braking resistors; transformer inspection controls; inspection and adjustment of solenoid valves and capacitive position sensors (control of mounting, function, setting and activation distance).
