Overview of the hydrotechnical structures of the Augustów Canal 1. The subject of the order is: Review of the hydrotechnical structures of the Augustów Canal. 2. The subject of the order is to provide a service consisting in periodic condition inspection technical and safety status of hydrotechnical facilities located on the Augustów Canal based on Article 62, section 1, points 1 and 2 of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended), i.e. periodic inspection, at least once per year, consisting in checking the technical condition of the building and periodic inspection, at least once every 5 years, consisting in checking the technical condition and suitability for use of the building, the aesthetics of the building and its surroundings. 3.
