Subject of the OrderThe subject of this purchasing procedure is to select a Contractor to carry out the task entitled: "Review of transport of cement and sulphates facility" as part of the renovation shutdown (WTA 2027).2. Conditions Realization Location / Plant: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, ul. Zakładowa 3, 88-190 Barcin Work completion date: January - February 2027 (WTA 2027 winter shutdown period) Detailed scope of work: In accordance with the attached technical documentation and list machinery, the task includes a comprehensive electrical and facility automation review of cement transport devices to silos and the sulphate dosing and transport system. The works include in particular: Inspection of electric motors and ICV disconnectors facility (in accordance with the attached list): cleaning of the external surface of machines; checking and tightening current terminals on motor plates; checking the correct mounting of the fan and fan cover; sealing of signs clamping devices. For ICV disconnectors: cleaning the casing and description plates; verification and checking of the lever drive mechanism; tightening all power and control connections; checking internal locks, status indicator and visible break insulating; cleaning the buttons and checking the auxiliary contacts.
