Subject of the OrderThe subject of this purchasing procedure is to select a Contractor to carry out the task entitled: "Inspection of AUMA drives" as part of the renovation shutdown (WTA 2027).2. Implementation ConditionsLocation / Plant: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, ul. Zakładowa 3, 88-190 Barcin Work completion date: January - February 2027 (WTA 2027 winter shutdown period) Detailed scope of work: In accordance with the attached technical documentation and equipment list, the task includes comprehensive service of AUMA industrial fittings drives (including rotary drives, motors, AM/AC controllers and gears). Within the lump sum price, the contractor is obliged to carry out the following works: Inspection of the technical condition: carrying out full audit and maintenance inspection for the drives listed in the attached "List of AUMA drives for inspection and replacement" (including facilities 316, 613, 313, 402). Replacement of components: replacement of damaged, worn-out and selected components. replacement of drive elements and subassemblies. Note: Replacement parts and components will be delivered from the Ordering Party's technical warehouse or will be settled separately outside the basic scope of the offer. Calibration and parameterization: calibration of positioners analog devices, setting limit switches and appropriate parameterization of control systems.
