The subject of the contract, co-financed by European funds for infrastructure, climate, environment for 2021-2027 No. FENx.02.04-IW.01-0029/24, is the service "Review and update of flood hazard maps and flood risk maps in the 3rd planning cycle-stage 2", in distributionOn the parts:

Part No. 1. The subject of the contract is the service of "developing flood hazard maps (MZP) and flood risk maps (MRP) in the 3rd planning cycle". Pursuant to art. 14 para. 2 of the Flood Directive Directive Maps of the Flood Hang you and Flood Risk Maps are subject to the CO review6 years and if necessary update. The review and update of MZP and MRP is the responsibility of Polish waters, resulting directly from art. 171 of the Water Law Act. The purpose of the order is to update MZP and MRP to the extent resulting from the MZP and MRP review and the development of new MZP and MRP for areasexposed to the danger of the floods determined as a result of the review and update of the initial flood risk assessment in the 3rd planning cycle.
