Subject of the OrderThe subject of this purchasing procedure is to select a Contractor to carry out the task entitled: "Review of alternative fuels facility" as part of the renovation shutdown (WTA 2027).2. Conditions Realization Location / Plant: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, ul. Zakładowa 3, 88-190 Barcin Work completion date: January - February 2027 (WTA 2027 winter shutdown period) Detailed scope of work: In accordance with the attached technical documentation, the task includes inspection, maintenance and electrical measurements of equipment and automation at the Alternative Fuels facility (including scraping devices, screw conveyors, rotating cells, dust collector fans and a screen). The scope of work includes: in particular: Electrical inspections and connections: checking electrical connections in motor terminal boards along with replacing cable glands. Measurements and wiring: performing electrical measurements of cables and motors on the ICV section of the motor along with with preparation of the required measurement protocols. Automation and sensors: checking the operation and possible adjustment of motion sensors and chain tension sensors of devices. Dust extraction systems: checking electrical connections and correctness operation of dust collectors (verification and tests of filter shaking sequences). Modernization works: replacement of the control cabinet of the 673SB80 screen with a new model with a higher degree of protection (e.g. IP65) along with a complete and safe transfer...
