Abstract: The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) (UK Government) invites tenders for competition under the open procedure, in accordance with the the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for delivering and facilitating the overseas leadership programme, using blended learning tools and techniques, to embed essential management and leadership knowledge and skills, to be predominantly taught in a classroom environment.The overseas leadership programme prepares UK Ambassadors, high commissioners and their deputies for their leadership roles at British Embassies and high commissions abroad. Indicatively, the FCO runs these courses eight (8) times a year, with the Contractor required to support eight (8) working days of the course which lasts for ten (10) working days, and taking place at King Charles Street, London, UK.A three (3) year contract will be awarded, with two (2) annual option years subsequently, in a 3 + 1 + 1 arrangement, to the winning tenderer.Indicatively, the FCO intends to award the contract in January 2020 with the contract commencing in April 2020.
