The City of Anaheim (\"Anaheim\") Public Utilities Department (\"APU\") issues this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit competitive proposals from interested respondents (\"Respondents\") for Distribution Overhead Transformers (\"Goods\").The City reserves the right to award a contract to one or more Respondents, as determined to be in the best interest of the City. If multiple awards are made, each selected Respondent will be responsible for providing the Goods and Services described in the Scope of Work and Specifications Section and any attachments hereto (collectively, the \"Deliverables\"), as specified in the award and resulting Agreement.After identifying one or more successful Respondents, the City will negotiate a Master Purchase Agreement (\"Agreement\"), which may include a best-and-final offer.
