This consultation follows the publication of a previous contract which the contracting authority declared without action, in accordance with articles R. 2185-1 and R. 2385-1 of the public procurement code, due to a redefinition of the need. There initial consultation bore the number 2025-0052 and was the subject of declaration letters without action dated 03/12/2025. This procedure is carried out autonomously and independently of the initial consultation. Considering the objectives of performance of the project management on this operation, the Company has opted for the award of a global performance contract in accordance with the provisions of article L. 2173-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The choice of such a mode of devolution leads the non-division of the market and, de facto, the use of a single market. This global public performance contract includes services of: - Design and execution of rehabilitation, extension, construction and development works exteriors and temporary buildings where applicable. - Operation and maintenance of the equipment, including those allowing monitoring and compliance with performance.
