Animal husbandry activities: - Change of litter (complete or simple), bottles and distribution of food; - Management of transgenic murine colonies (mating, monitoring of gestation/births, identification, weaning, etc.); - Entry of daily data on an information management toolrmatized (Anibio) and Excel tracking file;- Daily check of cages/bottles (absence of leaks, birth/death records, etc.);- Daily check of animals and management of care;- Participation in monitoring of experimental projects ( weighed, controlled couplings, injections intraperitoneal or subcutaneous, force-feeding, etc.);- Control of installations and reporting of any anomaly according to established procedures;- Maintenance of stabling areas (vacuuming/washing floors, cleaning/replacing hood and IVC filters, etc.);- Maintenance of common areasoutside the accommodation areas (circulatory corridors, experimental rooms, clean stocks, zootechnical office, etc.);- Evacuation of dirty equipment and waste to the laundry;- Replenishment of the areas with materials and food;- Opportunity to participate inx laundry activities in rotation, particularly in the absence of additional service (0.5 FTE laundry); - Participation in on-call duty during weekends and public holidays in rotation with the entire PHEA team for 112.6 days to be covered (average of the last 5 years) distributed...
