MANAGEMENT OF OUTGOING MAIL FLOWS SUPPLY OF PRINTED STATIONERY The purpose of this contract is the outsourced management of outgoing mail flows as well as the supply of the company's printed stationery. It concerns the provision of a integrated solution including: - Complete processing of outgoing paper mail: printing, enveloping, postage and delivery to the postal operator (normal and registered mail, individual and mass mailings); - Sending registered letters electronic qualified within the meaning of the eIDAS Regulation (article 44) with automatic switch to registered paper in the event of non-acceptance by the recipient; - Management and processing of returned undelivered mail; - The provision a user interface allowing centralized management of all of these flows, with real-time monitoring (Track & Trace). The market is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 “Management of outgoing mail flows” Lot 2 “Printed stationery supply” The The technical requirements that the supplies must meet are set out in points III of these special specifications.
