The municipality of Winterswijk wishes to contract the delivery and management of a modern, secure and future-proof InfrastructureasaService (IaaS) environment. The assignment includes the design, realization, migration and management of a sovereign cloud environment on which the municipal application landscape can land safely. The new environment replaces the current on-premise data centers and supports the transition to a management organization in which the municipality has control and the supplier is responsible for implementation, management and innovation. The scope includes the provision of compute, network and storage capacity, SOC/SIEM services, backup and disaster recovery facilities and support for migration of existing workloads.
