Tender Details
The Jessa Hospital is looking for a solution to store the paper archive and RX folders externally in accordance with the necessary quality requirements.
The largest volume of this archive consists of documents in boxes that are in turn stored in - 1300 pallet boxes.
These boxes can be lifted with a lift fromwill be moved from the current location on the 1st floor to the ground floor.
This volume may vary slightly during the assignment because documents can be destroyed or added.
We therefore ask the tenderers to indicate the price per pallet box per year for this lot .
Besidesa number of documents are stored on a mezzanine in state archive boxes and white Merak standard boxes.
Finally, there are several linear meters of X-ray folders, spread over the mezzanine and the ground floor.
The archives and X-ray folders from the mezzanine can be stored with the help of aa stacker is brought to the ground floor. This is available on site.
All this will become clear during the mandatory site visit.
The assignment includes the collection and transport, storage and inventory of these archives.
Documents are requested sporadically. These will sThis is always done per complete box or, if possible, digitally.
We also attach great importance to the quality of the infrastructure, security and the extent to which the confidentiality of the archive is guaranteed.
