SEVEN DAYS PER WEEK/3 SHIFTS
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The AGENCY (bidder) shall provide the Janitorial Services requirement of the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (‘-CLMMRH-- or HOSPITAL--) for the duration of Three (1) year, commencing on the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed. CLMMRH shall select the Agency that will be engaged for the provision thereof through the conduct of a public bidding, pursuant to the provisions of R.A. 12009 as well as rules, regulations and guidelines prescribed by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) relative thereto.
FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF THE JANITORIAL PERSONNEL
A. DAILY OPERATIONS
A.1 Sweep, dry, mop and disinfect all floors, rooms, hallways, stairways, railings, ramps, corridors, comfort rooms, lobbies, entrances, and all other places or areas of the entire hospital premises.
A.2 Sanitize before using disinfectants and clean with scrub, cleanser, soap and water the toilets, baths and lavatories, wash basins, urinals, toilet bowls, etc.
