Outsourcing ict
the sozialdienst bezirk affoltern wants to completely outsource the ict and is looking for a selective procedure for a partner in the following areas: - provision of the corresponding services in a data center (including backup) - migration or rebuilding of file and application servers in the data center connection via citrix (using mpls leitung) - license management --- delivery, installation and licensing of the required standard software in a rented model managed client for 70 clients with win10 --- replacement or takeover of the client hardware in a leasing model (exact quantity is stored in the second phase (rfp)) - managed network (wan, lan, wlan and internet) --- highly available intredundant access - end user support (spoc) for 70 employees including on-site missions (if required) - business telephony --- delivery, installation, licensing, operation, support --- provision of the provider
