Outsourcing of service center activity; Ensure the operation of user services for the office-type workstation environment; Management of the Workstation Environment park and its updating in the software used by TISSEO; Ensure the operation of the Posts/Non-Office Terminals scope; management of the activity. Sizing data are given in the CCTP and its annexes 4 and 5. Mixed price contract concluded from its notification date and running until 2 years after the pronouncement of the aptitude check. Part of the services is remunerated by a fixed price and the other part by purchase orders. The purchase order portion is concluded with a maximum order threshold defined as follows: Initial period (2 years) Maximum excluding tax 1, 605, 000 euro(s); Renewal period 1: Maximum excluding tax 825, 000 euro(s); Renewal period 2: Maximum excluding tax 810, 000 euro(s); Renewal period 3: Maximum excluding tax 860, 000 euro(s); Renewal period 4: Maximum excluding tax 865, 000 euro(s); Renewal period 5: Maximum excluding tax 880, 000 euro(s).
