Description : Outsourcing of Flight Training Services of Thirty-Eight (38) BSAT Students for Multi-Engine and Instrument Rating

. a. Training Specifications

1. Multiengine and Instrument Rating Ground and Flight Training (ATAM 4205, ATAM 4206 and ATAM 4207) must cover all the minimum applicable requirements stipulated in the PCAR Part 2.3 for Commercial Pilot License and PhilSCA BSAT Curriculum.

2. Training provider shall cover minimum required insurance of the student trainees during the conduct of the ME/IR training.

3. Training provider shall assist the students in securing permits and licenses applicable to the training.

4. The training provider shall have the capacity to accommodate 60 -75 students per semester.



b. Fleet Requirements

1. The training provider shall have at least eight (8) single reciprocating engine airplane intended for training.

2. The training provider shall have at least two (2) flight simulators to sufficiently accommodate the number of trainees.
