Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The contract holder is informed that the Center Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE), support establishment of the GHT Haute-Savoie Pays de Gex awards the contract within the framework of its legal competence (art L 6132-2-5°a) of the Public Health Code for the benefit of the members of the following GHT: the CHANGE and the Gabriel Déplante Hospital Center. As such, the supporting establishment conducts the award procedure and signs the contract on its behalf and that of the participating establishments.
