INSTRUMENTS TO CONDUCT SURVERY OF THE BMC
ELEVATED HELIPAD AT 5-STOREY, NEW E.R. BUILDING
1. To verify and provide coordinates, elevation and
stationing of existing helipad in compliance with
CAAP standards
2. To coordinate with CAAP personnel with regards to
the survey report made duly assisted by BMC
engineers/representatives with hospital order
3. To submit a survery drawing with provided coordinates,
distances and elevation with the following:
1. ABS-CBN Tower
2. GMA Tower
3. Pili Airport
4. Survery instrument with GPS must be duly calibrated
with attached certification
