1. The task involves changing the development of the public space, constituting plots no. 315/2 and 316, Grodziec district. The scope of works related to changes in development includes hardening of the area, installation of small architectural structures and planting low greenery, which constitutes the entire scope of the construction project. The scope of works includes: 1) preparatory works, 2) demolition works, 3) laying of concrete retainers, 4) construction of the base for the surface, 5) construction of the surface, 6) works finishing (installation of small architecture elements), 7) plantings, 8) drip irrigation, 9) cleaning works. 10) post-construction surveying services. The investment in question is located in the Grodziec Commune, Koniński County, Voivodeship Greater Poland Voivodeship, plot no. 315/2 and 316, Grodziec district, Grodziec registration unit.2.
