Maintenance work on the yard areas of properties managed by the North Ostrobothnia welfare area (Pohde) in the following areas:
- Oulu University Hospital (OYS) main hospital area
- Helicopter field (roof field of building B)
- Radiation hospital area (E)
- Peltola psychiatry units area and Konsti Developmental disability care area
snow work in outdoor areas, cutting lawns, watering flowers and spring and autumn cleaning of areas, as well as daily general maintenance of yard areas.
A more detailed service description is in a separate appendix (appendix 1) and maps of the yard areas (appendices 2 and 3).
The service also includes washing the parking garages (Avohoitotalo, Kuuraparkki and Rauhaparkki).
In the request for quotation the indicated amounts are estimated amounts for the procurement period (=2 years), which are used in the comparison. Work is done as needed.
Agreement will be done with one reporter.
The acquisition has not been divided into parts, because the aforementioned areas form one entity in the same area, which is appropriate concentrate on one supplier.
The presentation of the regions will take place on 10 November 2025 at 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 1-2 people/company can participate in the familiarization visit. Registration for the familiarization visit must be done by 4:00 p.m. on 9 November 2025 by email to tuomo.uusitalo@pohde.fi.
