Tender Details

The subject of the public procurement is out-of-warranty subscription maintenance, service and delivery of spare parts for medical equipment, produced by "General Electric" for "Sveta Anna" UMBAL - Sofia JSC.

The deadline for the execution of the order is 36 (thirty-six) months from signing a contract. Medithe Chinese equipment subject to subscription out-of-warranty maintenance is described in a technical specification prepared by the Contracting Authority and representing an integral part of the procedure. The participants submit only one offer for the complex execution of the order, and the presentation of a variant is not allowedti.

Out-of-warranty service should include:

1. One-time inspection and prevention every six months of all medical equipment;

2.Removal of damage that occurred during the process of working with the equipment;

3.The cost of labor during a visit to repair defectivedevices;

4. Response time for notification of damage - up to 8 hours;

5. Maximum time for repair and delivery of spare parts for each device - up to 5 /five/ working days, counted from the date of written request by the Employer;

6. Insertion of only original spare parts and insuranceprovision of a warranty period of not less than 6 months for the inserted spare parts;

7.Preparation of protocols on the condition of the equipment and a list (offer) of the parts subject to periodic replacement according to the manufacturer's recommendation, which is issued after conducting an inspection ;
