Description:-Out-Of-Warranty Medical Equipment Service Contracting Includes The Following Activities: 1. The Necessary Preventive Maintenance Of The Medical Equipment According To The Manufacturer`S Instructions And The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor, In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Regulationan Apparatus For Dealing With Sources Of Ionizing Radiation. During The Prophylaxis, Parts Are Changed According To The Instructions Of The Manufacturer Of The Equipment. 2.Removal Of Any Damages And Carrying Out Of Necessary Repairs Of The Medical Equipment, In Case Of Response Time In Hours As Ofnotification By The Contracting Authority - Up To 6 (Six) Hours. The Response Time Is The Maximum Period Within Which Service Professionals Begin Actions To Remedy The Occurrence Of The Damage. Prock For Repairing The Damage To The Medical Equipment - Up To 5 (Five) Working Days After The Expiration Of The Reaction Period. If There Is A Need To Install Original Spare Parts, The Contractor Shall Provide The Contracting Authority With A Statement Of Findings On The Condition Of The Medical Equipment. Deadlinethe Injury In This Case Starts To Run From The Date Of Delivery Of The Original Spare Parts. The Time Limits Under Item 2 Shall Be Calculatedt Of The Hour, You Follow The One On Which The Notification Of The Damage / The Day The Original Spare Part Was Delivered / Is Received And Expires At The End Of The Last Hour / Day. When The Last Hour / Day Expires On A Non-Attended Day, The Period Expires On The First Following Business Day. 3. Provision Of New, Original Reserveour Parts For Medical Equipment - Within 7 (Seven) Working Days From The Date Of Establishing The Need For Such. In The Event That During The Validity Of The Contract Certain Parts Of The Medical Equipment Are Defective Or Their Resource Is Exhausted, The Contractor Performs The Following Activities • Yesdismantling The Available Part. • Removal Of The Dismantled Part Outside Koc-Vratsa Eood. • Return The Manufacturer`S Dismantled Part. • Delivery Of New And Unused Part. • Installation And Adjustment Of The Newly Supplied Part. • Commissioning Of Medical Equipment. The Contracting Authority Shall Transmitto The Contractor All Dismantled Parts Of The Equipment Subject To The Contract For Return To The Manufacturer. In Order To Ensure The Normal Operation Of Kots-Vratsa Ltd. And To Ensure The Continuity Of The Healing Process, The Original Spare Parts Supplied Must Be Technically Compatibleary Medical Equipment. This Will Ensure The Safety Of The Patient And Staff, The Continuity Of The Diagnostic Process, And Maintain The Ce Marking Of The Medical Equipment. Spare Parts Supplied Must Be Original, New And Unused. Spare Part Manufacturerthese Parts Must Have A Quality Management System Certified To Iso 90012008 Or Other Equivalent Quality Assurance. Upon Delivery Of A Spare Part, The Contractor Submits A Certificate Of Ce Marking And / Or Declaration Of Conformityis On The Original Spare Part, Issued By The Manufacturer Of The Medical Device Concerned. 4. Giving Instructions To The Contracting Authority`S Personnel For The Proper Operation Of The Medical Equipment. 5. Compulsory Update Of The Installed Accelerator And Scheduler System Softwaresystem And Updating Of The Necessary Licenses On The Recommendation Of The Manufacturer. Provision Of Maintenance Is For A Period Of Three Years With The Included, Necessary For This Delivery Of Spare Parts And Replacement Of Components, Including Unique Ones For The Equipment.
