Subject of prestanding award are services for out-of-warranty maintenance of technical devices ensuring the functioning of the information and communication systems in the IT infrastructure of AOP

The scope of the service includes devices from the IT infrastructure of AOP, namely:

1. technical devicesand type 1 (with critical functionality), serving information and communication systems related to the main business processes of AOP, which are maintained on a regular (subscription) basis and

2. technical devices type 2 (with non-critical functionality), supporting information and communication systems, related to the core business processes of the AOP, which are supported by outsourcing, as necessary.

Technical devices type 1 (with critical functionality) are servers, disk arrays, UPS and active network equipment (NAE), detailed by number, type, make and model in the Technical Specificationto the PRINCIPAL. Type 2 technical devices (with non-critical functionality) are computers, notebook computers, monitors, multifunction devices, servers, etc., described in detail by number, type, brand and model in the Technical Specification of the Employer.
