The contract is valid from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The agreement is valid for the above date for a fixed period, after which the contract can be extended with option periods from 1.1.2029 to 31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030 to 31.12.2030. The objects offered are listed under sub-area 1, sub-area 2 and sub-area 3. More detailed destination information and service descriptions can be found from the attachments of the request for tenders. Bids are entered into the attached excel tender form for the following price factors:- Property management- Winter and summer maintenance of outdoor areas- Energy management- Technical maintenance- Separate unit prices for the area the total annual price can be found out on the offer form and the numerical value of the area is entered in the "object of procurement criteria" section in the area corresponding to it. The completed Excel offer form is attached to the offer. One per person is chosen as the service provider sub-area, the provider with the lowest price in terms of overall economy. It is not necessary to offer all sub-areas and you can offer for all sub-areas. One and the same service provider can win all areas. If necessary, the customer can request a report consultation before the purchase decision. The customer has the right to add or remove items during the contract period, and the removed items will be subject to the price levels in accordance with the given offers.
