City of Oulu, Oulu Tilapalvelut business department (hereinafter also "customer") requests your offer for the construction technical work supervisor, safety coordinator, moisture management coordinator and P1 cleanliness management coordinator of the Kello middle school project consulting services in accordance with this procurement announcement/request for tenders and its attachments/procurement documents.1) PROJECT OVERVIEW Target: Kello koulu, Kylätie 6, 90820 Oulu The project includes the new construction of Kello middle school, the current night school wing demolition, conversion to the current school buildings and yard construction work in the conversion area. In Appendix 09 of the request for tenders, Project description, the content of the project is explained in more detail. The form of implementation is the Cooperative SR contract. The contractor will be selected in August During 2026. According to the project schedule:- SR contractor selected 8/2026- Development (KAS) phase starts in September 2026- implementation (TAS) phase starts in March 2027- new building 4/2027-7/2028- demolition of the middle school wing 6-11/2028- commissioning of the new building 8/2029- yard ready 11/2028 (everything finished by 8/2029 at the latest) The site uses the Kuivaketju10 operating model. 2) GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK The offer must include all requested consulting areas (4 pieces) and tasks mentioned below. The offer is for construction services the supervisor and the safety coordinator must be a different person.
