The performance obligations and other conditions of the contract are presented in the attachment in the draft contract and in other procurement documents.- This request for tender includes contract procurement and the anticipated value of the procurement exceeds the national threshold value stipulated in § 25 of Act 1397/2016 on public procurement and right-of-use agreements for construction contracts (€150, 000.00). - The basis for the overall most economic offer is the lowest price.- Contract basis YSE1998, (Construction contractor's general contract conditions RT 16-10660). The contract is only created when a written (contract) contract is signed. Deviations from the contract are presented in the tender documents.- The project will be implemented as a divided contract according to the plans commissioned by the customer, where the contractors have a direct contractual relationship with the Oulu Spa Services business. - The work is done as a subcontract. - The construction contractor is the main contractor who is responsible for site management duties and coordinates the construction through subordination agreements.
