Light and video technology, hanging, upholstery and structures Sound technology and structures Stage structures The Oulu Cultural Foundation sr (hereinafter also the "customer") requests your offer for the event technology and stage structures of the musical Lumipallo in accordance with this request for tender and its in accordance with the appendices. The Oulu Cultural Foundation sr (hereinafter Procurement Unit) tenders event technology services and equipment (rental) for the implementation of the Lumipallo grand musical. The musical will be performed at Ouluhalli from 4 to 19 December 2026, and it is connected to it preliminary training period in Helsinki and Oulu. There are a total of 19 shows and the venue is Ouluhalli, Ouluhallintie 20, 90130 Oulu. The procurement includes three (3) areas (hereinafter referred to as "modules" or "groups"). The bidder can offer either together or to several sub-areas (modules 1-3). Each sub-area contains options that must be offered. Options do not affect the comparison of offers. The subscriber decides separately whether to use options.
