Tender Details

The contract includes the construction work defined in the contract documents. The main work phases of the contract are:- Replacement of composite sleepers (the customer will supply composite sleepers).- Widening of service corridors.- Renewal of handrails. renewal (the customer supplies the rail movement device with composite sleepers).- Renewal of the track rails (the customer supplies the rails).- Inspection and adjustment of the position of the electric track running wires to the installation tolerance- Installation of the V204 gear contact (the customer supplies materials).- Support of turnout V202 in accordance with VO 19/2024.- Renewal of the 550 mm support layer of ground supports on the south side of the Iijoki railway bridge up to turnout V202 and on the north side of the bridge up to 789+590. Concrete sleepers between switch V202 and 789+590 will be renewed (the customer will supply the sleepers). The requirements for the support layer are in accordance with InfraRYL section 24100. Regarding the quality requirements of Raidesepel, the guidelines of VO 3/2022 are followed. As a track board, a grain class F track board is used, with an impact resistance class of LARB 12 in accordance with the SFS-EN 13450 standard. The upper surface of the intermediate layer must meet the requirements of InfraRYL section 21230.4 before the construction of the support layer. The construction of the support layer is carried out in accordance with PYL 2 Rail works section 2.4. The work must be carried out in accordance with the Norwegian Railways Agency instructions Planning and implementation of mechanical support work for track and switch 19/2024.
