This assignment refers to a shared consulting assignment, designer, for preliminary study and design for the modernization and refurbishment of the population shelter Otterhällan. The modernization is focused on establishing the required protection functions regarding installation, rock, concrete and construction. The modernization must be aimed at maintaining full protective capacity for at least another 20 to 30 years, as well as addressing maintenance needs in the facility.
