Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR: OTHER SUPPLIES & MATERIALS FOR THE CEIT, LAB-A OF GUIMARAS STATE UNIVERSITY

1. The Guimaras State University, through the Local Income Fund (Fund 164) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 285, 000.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Other Supplies & Materials for the CEIT, LAB-A of Guimaras State University with the Solicitation Number: 24-04-0055. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Guimaras State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is Forty Five (45) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)
