In this market survey the Agency for Cemeteries and Burials (GPE) are interested in the market's thoughts around the procurement strategy and ownership management of a trade system. This insight will hopefully contribute to the procurement being made in the best possible way, and that GPE, with collaboration partners, achieves a good and long term partnership with a supplier. The project aims to start the procurement process with a notice in mid January 2024. This is subject to a grant in next year's budget, however a postponement is possible. Other municipalities and church councils (KF) that would like to be part of the investment project will most likely have clarified their budgets baby December 2023. The goal of the project is to make the trade system available for municipalities and KF that are not part of the investment process through options. It is important to have a balanced cost distribution between the participants in the investment project and those that procure the trade system through options.
