Group 1 - Arthroscopic column Group 2 - Orthopedic saw and drill Group 3 - C-arch The subject of procurement is medical equipment for orthopedics for the needs of the Clinic for Orthopedics and Traumatology of KBC Osijek, namely Arthroscopic column, Orthopedic saw and C-arm including delivery of the equipment, installation and commissioning of the equipment, regular maintenance and servicing of the equipment during the warranty period of at least 24 (twenty-four) months, and training of the customer's staff for the duration of 1 (one) working day days. The description of the procurement item is fully determined in the cost estimate as an integral part of the Procurement Documentation, and it describes in detail the minimum characteristics of the requested procurement item. Bidders are obliged to offer the subject of procurement in accordance with the requirements and the needs of the Client described in the cost list of the procurement item and all other conditions and requirements specified in this Documentation. The bidder whose offer is selected as the most economically advantageous is obliged to deliver and install the medical device within the deadline a maximum of 60 (sixty) days from the date of the mutually signed Agreement. The term for the complete fulfillment of all contractual obligations (complete servicing and maintenance with all spare parts of the equipment for working in full function) lasts until the end of the contractual warranty period in for a minimum of 2 (two) years.
