Tender Details

1. Subject of the order: Orthopedic implants, described in detail in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. Scope of the subject of the order: The goods offered by the Contractor must: a) comply with Polish standards transposing European standards or standards of other Member States European Economic Area transferring these standards. b) has valid documents allowing for admission to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Act of April 7, 2022 on products medical devices, its transitional and implementing provisions and EU Regulation 2017/745 on medical devices - MDR (if the law imposes an obligation to have such documents) - if it applies to a given product, c) meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Specification of Order Conditions, in particular the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the description of the ordering party's requirements for execution and acceptance are set out in: appendices no. 2 and 3 to the SWZ.
