Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the rental service of conference rooms and integration space with organizational facilities, providing: catering services and hotel rooms for minor participants of the Ordering Party's educational projects (called hereinafter referred to as NASK-PIB) together with their guardians and the Ordering Party's employees, during which the CYBERspot meeting, hereinafter referred to as "Event No. 1", and the CPU meeting, hereinafter referred to as "Event No. 2", will be held, and the entire order is hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or “Event.” Workshops will be held during both meetings, hereinafter referred to as "Workshops". All services referred to in the previous sentence, i.e. conference rooms, together with integration space and organizational facilities, catering and hotel services must be implemented in one hotel facility. The facility must meet the criteria of a hotel, at least 4*, in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of August 19, 2004 on hotel facilities and other facilities where services are provided hotel industry (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2166). 2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3.
