Tender Details

1. Subject and scope of the order: 1) The Ordering Party envisages the organization of 5 (five) conferences as part of the subject of the order; 2) number of people at each conference: minimum 70 and maximum 75 people. The Ordering Party guarantees a minimum number of 70 people (in the event of the absence of all covers the costs of these minimum 70 people);3) number of conferences: 5, one each in Ciechanów, Pock, Ostroka, Siedlce and Warsaw or in the poviats of these cities on the dates: a) September 10 or 11, 2026 - Ciechanw; b) October 1 or 2, 2026 - Pock; c) 8 or October 9, 2026 - Ostroka; d) October 19 or 20, 2026 - Siedlce; e) October 26 or 27, 2026 - Warsaw. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the contract template, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
