Organizing and running two selective municipal waste collection points (PSZOK) 1. The subject of the order is the organization and operation of two separate municipal waste collection points (PSZOK), in the period from January 1, 2027. until December 31, 2028 2. Description of the subject of the order, terms of implementation and settlement: 1) The subject of the contract is the organization, launch and operation of two separate municipal waste collection points (PSZOK), one point each located on the right and left bank of the city of Oświęcim. 2) Basic information: a) The area of the city of Oświęcim is approximately 30 km2. b) The number of residents in the City of Oświęcim who will be able to use PSZOKs is: b.1) according to the records population -32, 558 people, b.2) according to the submitted declarations -31, 945 people. 3) The Ordering Party specified the following possible locations of PSZOKs: a) street Prisoners of Oświęcim, plot no. 1150/170 - which is the property of the City of Oświęcim, b) street Bema, ref. no. 2013/20 - which one is the property of another entity. The above-mentioned location is consistent with the provisions of the Local Development Plan. The contractor, in the case of using the location at ul. Prisoners of Oświęcim are obliged to conclude a land lease agreement, on the terms specified in the Ordinance of the Mayor of Oświęcim on establishing minimum rental rates for land and the rental of sales stands and kiosks.
