2. The subject of the order is to organize and operate parking lots in the city's Paid Parking Zone in the municipal roads of the City of Hel and to collect fees for parking vehicles in accordance with the resolution No. X/130/26 of the Hel City Council of February 25, 2026. The provision of services in the city's Paid Parking Zone (hereinafter referred to as SPP) and the collection of fees will take place on the dates and on the terms specified in the Resolution of the Hel City Council. The existing downtown paid parking zone covers 447 spaces parking spaces in the period from May 1 to September 30 and 241 in the period from October 1 to April 30.
