Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in organizing and conducting three Camps for a total of 200 Participants as part of the project: "Regional program for equalizing educational opportunities for students of Pomeranian schools", with: 1) Ordering Party divided the order into parts. The order was divided into 3 (three) parts: • Part 1: Camp with interdisciplinary workshops for 80 Participants - two sessions (40 Participants in each session), • Part 2: Theme camp - Digital technologies in learning and fun for 80 Participants - two sessions (40 Participants in each session), • Part 3: Thematic camp - Maritime and sailing education for 40 Participants - one session. 2) The contractor may submit an offer for any part(s) of the order. 2. Description the subject of the order (including the description of parts of the order) is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The law applicable to this order (including the contract concluded as a result of these proceedings and for assessment of the legal effects of all documents in this procurement) is Polish law, taking into account European Union law. 4. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows the...
