3.1 The subject of the order is the service of organizing and conducting a practical course for a category T driving license and setting the first date of the state examination for participants of KKZ (qualified vocational courses) for the Training Center School Complex Agricultural named after Wadysawa Grabskiego in Sdziejowice.3.2 Deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract: a) for students of qualified vocational courses from the date of signing the contract to November 30, 20263.3 Number of course participants 14 students of qualifying vocational courses from the Team School Agricultural Education Center named after Wadysawa Grabskiego in Sdziejowice.3.4 The place of practical classes will be provided by the Contractor.3.5 The dates of practical classes are set by the Contractor after consultation with the person designated by the Ordering Party, hereinafter referred to as "coordinator. 3.6 The contractor will be obliged to provide the necessary equipment enabling the efficient conduct of the training/course and the internal examination. 3.7 The subject of the order must be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, in in particular: a) the provisions of the Act of January 5, 2011 on vehicle drivers (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1210), b) the provisions of...
