Strengthening the Lebanese Public Health System through an Operational Implementation of the Strategy Mental Health and Psychosocial Support.

Médecins du Monde (MdM), Amel and Skoun wish to organize an external audit to control expenses on one of their projects implemented in Lebanon, funded by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and formalized in the AFD Convention CLB 1098 02 R. This document describes the terms of reference for this tendered audit.
