3sHealth is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) services for the implementation of an Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution across 150 affiliate healthcare organizations, impacting approximately 50, 000 employees. The list of affected organizations is included in Appendix 1 - Included Organizations. The ERP implementation will cover Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resource functions, including Workforce Management. The list of included systems/modules are included as Appendix 2 - Included Software and Module Application Scope. The list of affected business processes are included as Appendix 3 - Included Business Process Scope.
