The subject of the order is the organization of two conferences as part of the project entitled: Development of the geriatric department of the District Hospital in Rawicz Sp. z o. o. responding to the health and demographic needs of society, including: Providing facilities/spaces for the organization conferences; Preparation and conduct of the conference, including: providing substantive people, organizing space, registering participants; Promotional and information activities of the conference; Preparation and operation of the coffee area and lunch after the conference. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and will be included as an annex to the public procurement contract. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
