Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of transport services in the field of transport of eligible children and youth (hereinafter referred to as: persons) residing in the Bojszowy commune to educational institutions and back, along with providing them with care during transport on all school days organized by institutions in order to fulfill school and study obligations. The estimated maximum mileage during the duration of the contract is 46, 100 km.2. The scope of services, individual quantities and their description can be found in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ, i.e.: a detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ), a sample offer form containing a model for calculating the offer price and the draft provisions of the contract.3. Pursuant to the content of Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party informs that: it sets employment requirements for the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the execution of the order consisting in the performance of work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labor Code.
