"Organization of a training and workshop meeting on November 17-18, 2026.
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service of organizing an off-site integration and workshop meeting for NASK-PIB employees, hereinafter referred to as the "Trip or "Event", including:
a)rental of a conference room with providing appropriate organizational support,
b) providing catering services during workshops, including coffee breaks and lunch;
c) organization of a gala dinner;
d) providing hotel rooms for NASK-PIB employees;
e) providing transport for NASK-PIB employees;
f) organization i realizację atrakcji towarzyszącej po zakończeniu części warsztatowej (prawo opcji nr 1);
g)zapewnienie artykułow promocyjno-reklamowych (tj.: gadżetow prezentowych) dla uczestnikow Wydarzenia (prawo opcji nr 2).
2.Szczegołowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamowienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
3. Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the contract, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to complete the contract, does not include:
