The purpose of the training is food service Quality improvement, better processing of various products and improvement of cooking technologies. The training is provided for one group of trainees consisting of not less than 10 and not more than 15 trainees. No more than 2 should be planned per week training day The duration of one day's training is not less than 4 hours. Training duration for the group - 24 hours in total.
