Organization of a series of educational conferences entitled „Zdrowie w centrum uwagi". 1. The subject of the order is the organization of a series of four educational conferences entitled: "Health in the spotlight", including the provision of rooms, meals, participation of a moderator and speakers, technical service etc. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) and the terms of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract. - contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 3. As part of the execution of the order, the contractor will be obliged to transfer the economic copyrights to the Ordering Party - details are described in the template contracts. 4. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship. 1.
