1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service consisting in supporting the "SECURE 2026" conference organized on-site in Warsaw on April 7-9, 2026 by the Scientific and Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as: NASK-PIB) hereinafter referred to as: "Event", consisting in ensuring: 1) technical support of the Event; 2) preparation and implementation of the audiovisual broadcast of the Event; 3) organization of a gala dinner; 4) catering services during the Event; 5) organization cocktail on the premises of the Polish History Museum, hereinafter referred to as "MHP"; 6) simultaneous and sign interpreting services during the Event; 7) reception and cloakroom staff during the Event; 8) organization of workshops; 9)obsługi fotograficznej, nagrań i reports from the Event. 2. Location of the subject of the order: Polish History Museum, Gwardii 1, 01-538, Warsaw. The rental of the Event location space is provided by the Ordering Party under a separate agreement with the facility. The location of the event is an integral element of the organizational process. Organizing an event in this space guarantees appropriate prestige and builds its image consistency. The MHP building has the necessary premises, technical and logistic facilities requirements of the Event program (including the Auditorium, Cinema Hall, conference rooms, workshop rooms, audiovisual equipment, ensures communication accessibility for Event participants).
