Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to provide the following services, relating to the organization of recreational, cultural and sporting events: • Project management assistance (AMO) for the organization of events, including operational support, general coordination and monitoring of implementation. • Supply, installation and dismantling of logistical materials and equipment necessary for the smooth running of events (structures, tents, furniture, barriers, etc.). • Services of sound and lighting, including delivery, installation, operation, technical assistance and dismantling of audiovisual equipment. • Communication services, including the design, production and distribution of communication media communication related to events. • Artistic services, including the intervention of groups, artists, facilitators or any other cultural actor participating in the animation of the events.
